Mod(x;y) error??

Mod(0.5; 0.1) = 0 OK
Mod(0.555; 0.001) = 0 OK
BUT!
Mod(0.55; 0.01) = 0.01! NOT OK! regardless of mantissa and exponent sizes.
Can anybody please confirm f that's an error?
