CMake configuration for samples

Folks,

I have added basic CMake configuration to allow easier building of samples,
especially with Visual Studio.

It is available in addin-cmake branch in git mirroring latest ttmath 0.9.3
https://github.com/mloskot/ttmath

I have also forwarded it to Tomasz, but I'm not sure if I've got his recent e-mail.
